Help using AI in your Bath business

What we can help you improve

Start with something that takes too long or needs doing again and again. We can help with:

• Writing and editing: preparing first drafts, summaries and checks.
• Research and reporting: finding information, keeping track of sources and checking the results.
• Admin and customer messages: preparing templates and gathering routine information.
• Choosing tools: deciding which subscriptions are worth paying for.
• Team guidance: protecting private information and checking work before using it.
• Training: showing your team how to do the tasks you choose, with instructions to refer back to.

How we work with you

Understand the task

Show us how you do the task now, what takes the time and where you get stuck. We can work out which parts AI could help with and which need your judgement.

Try a manageable change

We try an approach on the task you’ve chosen. Then we check whether the work is good enough, whether it saves time and whether your team finds it easy to use.

Help your team use it

We write down the steps and checks so your team can follow them. You’ll know how to use the tools and who needs to check the work.

Questions before you start

Do we need new software?

We can review the tools you already have before suggesting anything else. Any recommendation should fit the task, your budget and how your team works.

Can you work with our existing team?

Yes. We can work through real tasks with your team, answer their questions and agree how they’ll check the results.
